Rachael Nelson is a Portland-based artist and professional cardmaker and scrapbooker.  She has been scrapbooking and making cards for over 10 years and is constantly inspired by many of the people in her life.  Rachael keeps up to date with classes and conventions and is always looking for cutting edge products and techniques to use in her work.  In recent years, she has become quite fond of making greeting cards with custom work being a large focus of her creations.
